Our idea
Renting shouldn't feel like a lottery.
ShareNest started with a simple frustration: finding a flat is hard, finding the right people to share it with is harder. Group chats get lost, roommates disappear, landlords ghost — and the person who ends up covering the deposit is always the same one.
We wanted to turn that mess into something that actually feels good. So we built the app around one idea: a Nest — a small, matched group that picks a home together, splits everything fairly, and lives without the friction.

Tenants start by building a real lifestyle profile and getting verified, then swipe to find people they actually click with and form a Nest. Together the Nest hunts for a full flat, signs a proper long-term contract, and moves in as a solid group. Once inside, everyday life runs smoother with shared tools for chores, money, rules and chat, while everyone quietly builds reputation and karma. The real magic sits in the middle: when someone needs to leave, the Nest can bring in a new compatible person without losing the flat or restarting the whole rental. In the end, ShareNest takes rigid long-term contracts and turns them into flexible living arrangements you actually want to keep — because your Nest, your history, and everything you’ve built travel with you.

Landlords create a verified profile and list their flat as usual. From that moment they work in two directions at once: they receive applications from complete Nests and can also browse existing groups and propose their flat to the ones that look right. They chat with the groups, show the place, check documents, and take their time choosing. Once both sides agree, the solidary contract is signed through the app and the Nest moves in. Afterwards, the landlord stays connected — following the tenancy, receiving rent updates, and, if a member leaves, simply approving or declining a replacement without having to put the flat back on the market.
